Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy (10177NAT)
We have partnered with Academy of Hypnotic Science (RTO ID 21332) to deliver the Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy. Academy of Hypnotic Science (RTO ID 21332) is a Registered Training Organisation delivering Nationally Recognised Qualifications in Hypnotherapy. They are Victoria’s first, biggest and best, dedicated deliverer of Clinical Hypnotherapy training.
Our Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy has been designed to give you the skills, knowledge, experience and expertise so you can launch and build your own private Clinical Hypnotherapy practice, seeing as many (or as few) clients as you wish.
Course Highlights
As part of this course, you will experience:
Hypnosis, hypnotherapy, hypnotic induction and self-hypnosis and their application for the treatment of common and advanced presenting issues;
Applying modern techniques of psychotherapy through Clinical Hypnotherapy;
Counselling, which is such a key (and sometimes overlooked) element in Clinical Hypnotherapy;
Building your Clinical Hypnotherapy business;
Working legally and ethically;
Reflecting on and improving your own professional practice;
Establishing and managing client relationships;
Applying specialist interpersonal and counselling interview skills;
Entry Requirements
You’ll be required to complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment to ensure your are suitable for this qualification and whether any additional support may be required for you throughout the program.
Units of Competency
The course comprises 14 Units of Competency: five unique hypnotherapy units (created by and exclusively owned by the Academy); eight counselling units; and a business unit.

This course is delivered face to face in a classroom environment on campus for a total duration of 13 months
