CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support

The Certificate IV in Disability prepares students for work in a range of roles in community settings and clients’ homes in one of the fastest growing sectors. Disability support workers train and support those with disabilities to become more independent and self-reliant, to participate more in community and to experience greater levels of well being.

Working without direct supervision, workers promote a person-centered approach and may be required to supervise and coordinate small teams. Stirling Institute of Australia’s Certificate IV in Disability is a nationally recognised qualification.
